In this workshop, we’ll briefly cover the history of the craft and then move on to practicalities. We’ll discuss stencil options and the characteristics of your process that will affect your final print. Everyone will create their own paper stencils and then we’ll print! You’ll walk away with your stencil and your prints, great for framing or turning into greeting cards. And you’ll have the knowledge to come back any time to do more screenprinting here, using CRAFT’s screens, squeegees, and inks.

In this workshop, you will

• make your own stencil,
• choose your ink color,
• choose the papers you want to print on, including pages from vintage encyclopedias,
• print on paper (great for framing and greeting cards!),
• learn in an intimate setting with one on one support as needed.

No experience or even ideas necessary! Just come with an open mind.
