intro to watercolor workshop: winter cards & paper gifts

Join Becky for a gentle afternoon of painting small winter-themed watercolor pieces and turning them into beautiful handmade card sets. In this workshop, we’ll explore soft washes, tiny details, and winter motifs that feel peaceful and inviting.

We’ll paint a series of smaller watercolors and then mount them onto high-quality cards to create sets that are perfect for gifting or keeping.

In this workshop, we’ll

• * cover watercolor basics,
• * practice these techniques for winter scenes:
  • *soft winter greens,
  • * tiny berries + simple branches
  • * small winter trees,
  • * textured winter skies,
  • * gentle layering + color mixing,
• * learn in a small class environment with one-on-one support from Becky as needed,
• * enjoy a relaxing, creative break during a busy season!
• * leave with the inspiration and know-how for more watercoloring!

You’ll leave with:

* Multiple finished cards (4–5 depending on your pace)
* Envelopes + finishing touches
